Annual day at Bhatkal Shams school: Abdullah Ruknuddin, Maseera Hallare honored with 'Najm-e-Ikwan'

Bhatkal: The annual social gathering of New Shams School was celebrated at Syed Ali Campus, Jamia Abad Road on 8 and 9 January 2022 here at Bhatkal.

The most prestigious award of "Najm-e-Ikwan" was awarded to Abdullah Ruknuddin S/O Irshad Ruknuddin (Boys Section) and Maseera Hallare D/o Muhammed Muqeem Usman Hallare (Girls section).

In the Boys section on Sunday, addressing the gathering chief guest Mr. Atiqur Rahman Muniri, Bhatkal Muslim Khaleej Council Secretary General said that we are the ummah of Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ, by following his path we will get success in life and hereafter. Muslims should become ideal human beings for the world. In this regard, students should work hard and achieve success in life with tireless efforts.

President of Idara Tarbiat Ikhwan Mr. Ismail Mohtesham presided over the function.

Chairman, New Shams School Nazeer Ahmed Qazi, Secretary Anam Ala, School Principal Liyaqat Ali, Al Kauser College President SM Syed Shakeel, JIH Bhatkal president Moulana SM Syed Zubair, Islamic welfare Society chairman Kadir Meeran Patel, Dr. Owais Khaja, Dr. Zarrar Ikkery, Moulavai Azeezur Rahman, Salahuddin SK, and many others were present. 

In the girls' section on Sunday, addressing the gathering chief guest Zeenat Abdul Gani Ruknuddin, Principal of Jamiatusalihat said, Shams school students are talented and are settled in every corner of the country. Students are fortunate to be given life-shaping training here at school that the students here are talented and may their fame spread far and wide.

On this two-day program achievers in literary competitions, sports, and many others were honored with certificates and trophies.

Former Principal Mrs. Sabiha Farooque Kowda was the guest of honour.
