Bhatkal: The valedictory ceremony of the golden jubilee year of Anjuman Girls High School, Basti Road, Bhatkal was held on January 8, 2023.
Addressing the gathering chief guest, Mrs. Arjumand Abdullah, Entrepreneur and Quranic guidance coach for women from Chennai said In today's age, every human being, including students are dependent on Technology. She said that we should use technology for our convenience but not become slaves of technology. She advised the parents that if we do not want to make our children slaves of technology and want to see them occupy a high position, then share time with them. And try to understand the feelings and move them forward, she added.
She said that people should use their intellect more, not technology. In the end, she praised the hospitality and modesty of Bhatkal and said that in this regard Bhatkal is famous all over the world, but now it is the responsibility of the students to continue and keep it.
Another Guest, Mrs. Alima Zahra, Psychology Head, Department of Psychology, CTTE College for Women, Chennai, said that if the students want to shape their future, they have to change and start implementing it now. She told the students that Allah has created everyone with talent, if you use your brain properly, you can conquer the world.
Ms. Zahida Parveen Damudi and Ms. Farhat Misbah were present as guests of honor.
The function was presided over by Seema Abubaker Kasimiji, Chairperson Anjuman Ladies Advisory Committee.
The program started with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Miss Niqaa Kundunguda, Translated by Arwa Akrami, Naat was sung by Fathima Saniya Shabandri, the Anthem of Anjuman Hajira and team, welcome and introduction to guest was done by the Assistant teacher Bibi Aysha, report on Golden Jubliee was presented by headmistress Atiya Abdur Rahman RS and vote of thanks by Assistant Headmistress Bibi Uzma.
Convenor Taliah Muallim, Mushaira Convener Dr. Farzana Mohtesham, and many others were present on the dais.
