Mangaluru: Twenty-five-year-old Sudheer, the main accused in the sexual assault of a minor, was arrested by Belthangady police on Tuesday.

Sudheer, after forcing the minor to abort her foetus, had gone into hiding.

The police, after registering a case under the Pocso Act, arrested Sudheer’s brother Manohar (23) and relative Madhav (55) who had assisted Sudheer in getting the victim to undergo an abortion.
