Kumta: Kumta Police arrested three miscreants while they were moving on a bike near the railway station in Kumta and seized 4.76 kg ganja that they were carrying. The arrested have been identified as Vinayak Kempanna Kerning, Nikhil Madev Ambiga and Sami Abbas Malpa, said police.
