Karwar: The farmers can get more yield by utilising technology and by using advance equipment’s in agriculture, said former MLA Ganghadhar Bhat.

He was speaking after inaugurating a seminar on agriculture organised by Shri Kshetra Dhrmashtala Gramabhivriddhi Yojana Samste at Kadawad village, in the taluk recently.

He further said that though there is enough there is enough agriculture field in the country, the farmer have been suffering loss due to one or the other reason.

Many farmer quit agriculture and stared looking for other works, he bemoaned.
