Mangaluru: To facilitate the non-interlocking work for three days (preliminary works from February 6 to February 8) and complete track renewal work for 24 days (from February 8 to March 3) in the old tunnel at KM 8/500 to 10/000 between Jokkatte and Padil stations, the following changes have been made in the train services:

Cancellation (daily trains)

The service of Train No. 06602 Mangaluru Central-Madgaon and Train No. 06601 Madgaon-Mangaluru Central daily unreserved special journey commencing from February 6 to March 3 will be fully cancelled (for 26 days). Train No. 06485 Mangaluru Central-Kabakaputtur Express, Train No. 06484 Kabakaputtur-Mangaluru Central Express unreserved special journey commencing on February 7 & 8 will be fully cancelled (for two days). Train No.06489 Mangaluru Central-Subrahmanya Road, Train No.06488 Subrahmanya Road-Mangaluru Central Unreserved Express special journey commencing on February 7 and 8 will be fully cancelled (for 2 days).

Train No. 20931 Kochuveli-Indore Express journey commencing on February 10, 17, 24 and March 3 (4 days); Train No. 20909 Kochuveli- Porbandar Weekly Superfast journey commencing on February 12, 19 and 26 (3 days); Train No.12977 Ernakulam Junction-Ajmer Weekly Marusagar Express journey commencing on February 12, 19 and 26 (3 days); Train No. 12217 Kochuveli-Chandigarh Bi-Weekly Superfast Express journey commencing on February 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27 and March 4 (7 days) will be fully cancelled, stated a release.
