Sirsi: In a tragic incident, two brothers died after falling into a well at Goudalli, Sirsi here on Saturday evening.

The deceased brothers has been identified as Tanveer Ahmed Abdul Wahab (15) and Abdul Rahman Abdul Wahab (12).

According to sources, both brothers had gone missing since Friday evening, after which the residents started searching for them. But their bodies were found in the open well nearby to a fruits tree. It is suspected that the incident might have occurred while plucking the fruits.

A case has been registered in Sirsi police station.
