Karwar (DHNS): The Election Commission has appointed three Election Expenditure Observers for Uttara Kannada ahead of the Assembly election.

Andhale Bharat Ramchandra will act as Expenditure Observer for Haliyal and Karwar Assembly Constituencies, Meenu Singh Bishta as Expenditure Observer for Kumta and Sirsi Assembly Constituencies and Soumya Pandya Jain as Expenditure Observer for Bhatkal and Yellapur Assembly Constituencies.
